Manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement effective strategies for field sales, motor insurance, vehicle insurance, car insurance, and auto insurance products.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
