Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery & Program Management qualified to manage multiple customer projects and managed-service engagements. The role will involve delivery governance, technical oversight, stakeholder management, and coordination across Network, Systems, Database, Cloud, and Monitoring teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage project planning, timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate across multiple technical teams and ensure smooth project execution.
Review technical solutions, migration plans, architecture, and implementation approaches.
Manage customer communication, project reviews, and escalations.




Ensure smooth Sales/Presales-to-Delivery handover.
Track project quality, SLA, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Lead project managers and technical teams and drive process improvements.
