We are seeking an experienced and agile Tech Support Engineer – Pre-Sales with robust hands-on expertise in Networking, Firewalls, VMware, and Backup Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure solutions at client site. This role requires both technical depth and customer-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution design, technical presentations, and client consultations.
Knowledge of Network products- Firewall, Network device, NMS
Preferred Qualification
Experience in enterprise IT environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills
