Key Responsibilities
Engage with job seekers on LinkedIn through messages and conversations
Understand candidates’ backgrounds, career goals, and job search challenges
Present our services clearly and in a way that aligns with candidate needs
Build rapport and gradually guide candidates toward enrollment
Handle candidate questions and objections with clarity and confidence
Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage daily outreach activities
Stay organised and ensure smooth handling of the overall process
Requirements
Solid verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to communicate persuasively while maintaining a helpful, consultative tone
Comfortable engaging with candidates and addressing concerns or objections
Positive organisational skills and ability to manage daily tasks efficiently
Willingness to work in night shift (US time zone)
Quick learner with the ability to understand and follow processes
Preferred
Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or client interaction roles is a plus
Familiarity with LinkedIn or similar skilled platforms
Pay: ₹20,037.68 - ₹30,644.55 per month
Work Location: In person
