Daily Store & Materia Availability TO manage the day-to—day Packing Material Store and ensure that all packing materials are plannei, received, stored,
issued and mmitored systematicalty.
The role for enswing material avalabiity as Required-by—Date (RED),
accurate inventory control, ERP discipline, GMP compiance and development/findization Of shipper sizes for recent products
Key Responsibilities
Daily Store Operations: Manage receOt, storage, identification, status segregatbn, issuance, returns housekeeping of packim materi&. Ensure physical stock matches ERP
Planning & Ordering; BOM and initiate rewrements on time and ensure materids are ordered considering supØer lead time.
RBD Monitoring: Track every pending packing against its Required—by-Date. F&low; up with Purchase/vend«s and escahte they production
Inventory Maintain and fOlbW FIFO/FEFO. Monitor minimum safety sbwmoving. rim—moving. excess and Obsokte materiak.
ERP & Systems: Ensure tin-Idy and accurate GRN issue, return, transfer and stock transactions in ERP Maintain uirement trackers and reconcile ERP vs physical inventory
GMP/SOP CorWiance: Ensure approved, under-test, rejected returned materials are property identified and
Maintain required records and ensure handling o' packing mateials.
Recent / Sh Finalize Suitable configurations for recent items dimensions. Determine quantity per practicd L x B x H dimensims and CBM, and cmrdnate triak bdk
Where
Work With packing, Purchase, QA/QC, Commercial and timely material and resdution Of shortages/rejecbons.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
