Roles and Responsibilities
Manage a team of engineers responsible for IT infrastructure support, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, LAN/WAN/VLAN configuration, routing and switching setup on Windows Server platforms.
Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Azure solutions to enhance existing infrastructure capabilities.
Ensure seamless integration of CCTV systems with other security measures such as firewalls and SDWAN networks.
Develop and maintain group policies using Group Policy Editor tool to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to network connectivity, system performance optimization and software updates.
