Team Leadership & Operational Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team responsible for trade claims management.
Trade Claims Processing
Ensure timely and accurate processing of distributor and retailer claims across different schemes, and Ecommerce channels.
Financial Governance & Compliance
Maintain robust controls on trade spends, promo budgets, and claim validations.
Reporting & Analytics
Deliver periodic reports on claim status, KPIs tracking, deviations management
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, and Finance teams for scheme setup, claim resolution, etc.
