Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly. Assist with basic HR recruitment and onboarding activities. Achieve daily/weekly calling and recruitment targets.
Maintain skilled communication with candidates and team members.
Requirements Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident and polite telephone manner. Basic computer knowledge. Good interpersonal and follow-up skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome.
