Qualification
BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering may also be considered
Freshers with robust technical knowledge are encouraged to apply
We are looking for a Junior Technical Executive to support our product design, development, testing, and technical operations. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of basic electrical concepts, good analytical skills, and an interest in product development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of electrical and heating products
Prepare and maintain technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and design documentation
Support product testing, validation, and performance improvement activities
Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams
Troubleshoot design and product-related issues and recommend improvements
Support continuous improvement initiatives for existing products and recent product development
Required Skills
Good knowledge of electrical design concepts
Ability to understand technical specifications, drawings, and schematics
Basic knowledge of electrical components and measurements
Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with production and other departments
Good communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software will be an added advantage
Experience
0–2 years of experience in electrical/electronic product design or a related field
Experience in product design, testing, or manufacturing will be preferred
Freshers with robust technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered
