Responsibilities

Exit Management Operations
Process all employee separation cases, including resignation, retirement, termination, absconding and death, with timely LWD, approval and status updates in HR systems such as SAP, Oracle or relevant platforms.
Coordinate with HRBPs, reporting managers, Payroll, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to ensure smooth exit processing and case closure within agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate separation data, reports, MIS dashboards and trackers for resignations, retirements, attrition, transfers and exits, ensuring audit readiness and data integrity.

NDC (No Dues Clearance) Management
Initiate, monitor and follow up on NDC workflows to ensure timely clearance completion, SLA adherence and resolution of discrepancies before exit closure.

Full &
Final Settlement Support
Support Payroll and Finance with accurate exit, statutory and policy inputs for timely Full &
Final settlement processing and employee query resolution.
Prepare F&F; statements as per policy and group guidelines, ensuring compliance and completeness of documentation.

Employee &
Stakeholder Support
Address employee and stakeholder queries through ServiceNow or designated platforms, providing timely communication on exit formalities,



documentation and process updates.
Ensure a positive and responsive employee experience during offboarding.

Compliance &
Governance
Ensure adherence to company policies, labour laws, statutory requirements, confidentiality norms, and internal/external audit documentation requirements.

Process Improvement
Identify process gaps, recommend automation or efficiency improvements, and support UAT or implementation of HR system/process enhancements to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

Qualification
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or related discipline
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, GCC Setup, Employee Lifecycle Management or Exit Management.
Exposure to Oracle (Or kind of HR Application), SAP HR, ServiceNow or similar HRMS/ticketing platforms preferred.
Solid understanding of exit formalities, NDC, F&F; settlement, employee data management, compliance, HR documentation, MIS/reporting, MS Excel and stakeholder coordination.
Valuable communication, follow-up discipline, problem-solving ability, confidentiality and service orientation.
