We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient calls, providing information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining qualified communication with patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Communicate with patients and understand their requirements.
Provide accurate information regarding services and appointments.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
Maintain proper call records and follow-up details.
Coordinate with relevant departments when required.
Handle patient queries politely and professionally.

Requirements:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Minimum qualification:Plus Two / Higher Secondary.
Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant telephone etiquette and a patient-friendly attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle multiple calls.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
