Role & responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and oversee the Design and Estimation engineering team to ensure accurate, high-quality, and timely project delivery.
Provide strategic direction and final approval for comprehensive techno-commercial proposals, cost estimations, and risk assessments for major projects.
Approve final engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications prior to client submission or production.
Ensure absolute organizational compliance with relevant standards (IEC) and quality management systems.
Act as the primary technical interface with consultants, clients, and internal departments (Sales, Procurement, Production) to resolve complex engineering challenges.

Preferred candidate profile




Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
6+ years of proven experience in Electrical Design & Estimation, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
Expert-level knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
Robust proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN), advanced estimation tools, and ERP systems.
Experience in leading technical teams, managing complex tenders, and delivering high-value techno-commercial proposals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
