Job Responsibilities
Assist customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
Guide customers with basic product information and product selection.
Ensure products are properly arranged, displayed, and replenished.
Check product quality, packaging, expiry dates, and labels.
Follow FIFO for proper stock rotation.
Assist with stock counting, receiving, and inventory activities.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the store.




Ensure shelves and display areas are well-maintained and presentable.
Support billing and other store activities when required.
Handle customer queries and escalate complaints to the Department Manager.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
