HIRING: TELECALLER – REAL ESTATE

Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate real estate leads.
Explain Samruddhi Residency project details, location, amenities, pricing and offers.
Understand customer requirements regarding flats/property investment.
Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain daily call and lead follow-up records.
Convert enquiries into site visits and potential bookings.
Build good relationships with customers and provide timely follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and/or English.
Freshers can apply; experience in real estate telecalling/sales will be an advantage.




Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer/mobile applications.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales environment.
Candidates from Diva, Dombivli, Mumbra, Kalyan, Thane and nearby areas are preferred.

Salary & Incentives Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month
