Role Purpose

We are looking for an Operations skilled to manage end-to-end service delivery, supply chain efficiency, and driver/partner retention. The role will focus on ensuring supply meets demand while maintaining high service quality and optimizing operational costs.

Key Responsibilities
Supply & Capacity Management
Monitor and manage the driver-partner ecosystem to ensure adequate supply.
Optimize supply density across high-demand areas to reduce wait times.
Drive strategies for partner onboarding, engagement, and churn reduction.
Plan capacity based on demand requirements and operational priorities.
Performance Monitoring & Operational Excellence
Track key operational KPIs including SLA Adherence, Fulfillment Rate, and TAT.
Identify process gaps and bottlenecks across the delivery lifecycle.
Implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and service quality.




Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Vendor & Partner Management
Act as the primary point of contact for fleet owners, vendors, and driver partners.
Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.
Manage partner payouts, billing, and payment-related discrepancies.
Build and maintain solid relationships with partners and vendors.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Prepare and analyze reports on lane performance, supply, demand, and operational efficiency.
Use operational data to identify trends and forecast demand spikes.
Plan supply and capacity based on demand patterns.
Provide actionable insights to improve service levels and reduce operational costs.
