Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and counselling team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student enrolments and revenue.

Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

Handle sales planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.

Generate and convert leads through various channels and improve overall lead conversion rates.

Guide the team in counselling students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and destinations.

Build solid relationships with students, parents, university representatives, and other stakeholders.





Identify recent business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the company.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience in the study abroad/overseas education industry.

Proven experience in a sales leadership or managerial role.

Robust understanding of the study abroad industry, student recruitment, and admission processes.
