Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed RCC structural drawings for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Prepare footing, column, beam, slab and staircase reinforcement drawings.
Prepare structural plans, sections, elevations and detailed construction drawings.
Prepare reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedules (BBS).
Coordinate structural drawings with architectural drawings.
Revise drawings as per structural design requirements and site conditions.
Prepare steel structure and PEB drawings when required.
Maintain proper drawing standards, dimensions, detailing and revisions.
Coordinate with structural engineers, architects and site engineers.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
Solid knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
Valuable knowledge of RCC reinforcement detailing.
Ability to read and understand structural design drawings.
Knowledge of STAAD.Pro / ETABS drawings will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Revit Structure will be an advantage.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience 0–3 years of experience in structural drafting/detailing.
Freshers with valuable AutoCAD and structural detailing knowledge may also apply.
Preferred Candidate A candidate with practical knowledge of RCC detailing, structural drawings, BBS and construction drawings, with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
