Deeksha Insurance & Finacial Service is hiring Telemarketing Executives for our Health Insurance Sales Team, working with Star Health & ICICI General Insurance.
The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable health insurance plans, and assisting them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers using company-provided leads.
Explain Star Health and ICICI health insurance plans clearly.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable policy information.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
Update customer details and follow-up status in the CRM.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Coordinate with the team to complete the policy issuance process.
