Conduct audit on daily basis to verify operations being carried out in the respective zone as per TMOS
Responsibilities
Conduct hourly PDCA on quality delivery performance.
Process control
Defects reduction
Conduct Sunrise meeting to the workmen.
Deploy workmen as per skill matrix and organize resources.
Organise resources
Audit improve 2S, JH, unsafe act and conditions.
Conduct audit on daily basis to verify operations being carried out in the respective zone as per TMOS.
Initiate corrective actions for next customer defects and internal defect
Review workmen on quality delivery performance measures, attendance and efficiency
Provide on job training to workmen and co-ordinate for certification
Motivate and support workmen to implement suggestions.
