Key Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
Explain products, services, offers, pricing, and other relevant details.
Generate leads and sales prospects through telephone calls.
Follow up with customers who have shown interest.
Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Handle customer questions, objections, and basic complaints professionally.
Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or meetings when required.
Update customer information in CRM/software or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales or customer-service team for further action.
Maintain skilled communication and positive customer relationships.
Follow company scripts, policies, and communication standards.
Prepare or submit regular call and sales reports to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹8,667.24 - ₹12,000.00 per month
