We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Executive with 3+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain operations, preferably in the Electronics / EMS industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle procurement of electronic components such as Semiconductors, ICs, PCBs, Wiring Harnesses, and related parts.
Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Identify, negotiate with, and onboard new suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
Support procurement cost reduction initiatives.
Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and timely deliveries.
Track open POs and expedite urgent material requirements.
Collect quotations and prepare vendor comparison sheets.
Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Planning, and Production teams.
Maintain supplier, pricing, and procurement data in ERP systems.
Monitor stock levels to avoid material shortages.
Maintain procurement documentation and prepare MIS reports.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain.
Experience in electronic component procurement is preferred.
Positive knowledge of vendor management and supplier negotiation.
Experience in PO processing and delivery tracking.
Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
Valuable communication and supplier follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of Import/Export documentation and Incoterms is an advantage.
Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
