Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Explain products and services clearly to generate interest.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert inquiries into opportunities.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements
Graduate or undergraduate with positive communication skills.




0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (freshers can apply).
Robust verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
