Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and provide professional voice support.
Communicate fluently with customers in Tamil and Malayalam.
Maintain excellent communication skills in English.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
Update customer information accurately in the system.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and escalation procedures.
Requirements
Excellent spoken communication in English, Tamil, and Malayalam.
Solid listening and customer-handling skills.
Previous experience in voice process/customer support/BPO is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Basic computer knowledge.
Flexible to work in shifts as required.
