Job Summary

We are looking for a technically sound and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and system-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 technical support for application, platform, and service-related issues.
Monitor and troubleshoot system, connectivity, API, and service-related issues.
Analyse errors and logs to identify the root cause of technical problems.
Handle and resolve support tickets within defined SLA/TAT.
Coordinate with Development, Network, Product, and Operations teams for issue resolution.
Assist in troubleshooting API, HTTP, SMPP, and integration-related issues.
Monitor service performance and proactively identify recurring issues.
Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions,



and troubleshooting steps.
Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team.
Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
Participate in testing, deployment support, and post-deployment monitoring when required.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Technical Support / Application Support / IT Support.
Positive understanding of Linux/Windows environments.
Basic knowledge of SQL/MySQL and database troubleshooting.
Understanding of APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON/XML, and basic networking concepts.
Familiarity with tools such as Postman, PuTTY, SSH, and log-monitoring tools will be an advantage.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple issues simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
