Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on warm prospects.
Present, promote, and pitch products/services using standard scripts and customized value propositions.
Understand customer needs, answer queries, and address hesitations effectively.
Coordinate with the sales team for seamless handover of high-value prospects.
Requirements
Gender: Female candidates preferred / required.
Language Proficiency: Positive spoken communication skills. (Hindi)
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10th Pass)
Experience: Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer support, or telesales is an advantage (Freshers with solid communication are welcome to apply).
Skills: Active listening, objection handling, basic computer skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets), and phone etiquette.
