We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to handle customer enquiries and generate sales opportunities for our construction services.
Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads from Google, Facebook, Instagram, Website & WhatsApp
Understand customer requirements for Homes, Villas, Apartments, Farmhouses & Traditional/Manduva Homes
Explain our construction services, process and basic pricing details
Schedule site visits and office/Google Meet appointments
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers
Update lead status and customer information
Coordinate with the sales and project team
Convert interested leads into site visits and potential customers
Requirements
Valuable communication skills in Telugu & English
Hindi is an added advantage
Sales/telecalling experience preferred
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply
Confident, polite and customer-friendly attitude
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
Ability to follow up consistently and achieve targets
