Role & responsibilities
Drive primary and secondary sales to meet targets in the assigned territory.
Onboard and manage channel partners and distributors; handle channel appointments.
Manage distributor relationships and ensure timely collections.
Preferred candidate profile
Background in the electrical industry.
Proven experience selling Fans/ Large Domestic Appliances (LDA) / Small Domestic Appliances (SDA)
Solid distributor management and collection skills.
Local to Jammu / Srinagar and surrounding markets preferably a "son of the soil" / resident with proven experience handling territory.
