Mechanical Design and Manufacturing drawing creation in NX

Requirements and skills:
B.E. Mechanical/ Industrial engineering/ Automobile with 8+ years of relevant experience
Design and develop tools, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and special-purpose equipment.
Create 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs.
Support production teams by resolving tooling and fixture-related issues.
Improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety through optimized tooling solutions.
Conduct design calculations, tolerance analysis, and fixture validation trials.
Manage tooling projects, including supplier coordination, cost, and schedule tracking.
Maintain engineering documentation, standards, and revision control.




Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
