JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to develop and manage sales in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for dealer development, sales generation, market expansion, collections, and promotion of the company's products among dealers, contractors, masons, and builders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and appoint new dealers and distributors.
Maintain robust relationships with existing dealers and customers.
Generate primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Promote company products through product demonstrations and mason meets.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Submit daily visit reports and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer support.
Ensure effective market coverage and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS




Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Experience in Construction Chemicals, Tile Adhesives, Paints, Hardware, Sanitaryware, Cement, Building Materials, or related industries preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build dealer and customer relationships.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Valid Driving License.
Own Car mandatory.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and reporting applications.

Travel Allowance: ₹7 per kilometer for car for official travel. Rs. 4 per kilometer for bike
Daily Allowance: ₹100 per day for eligible outstation travel.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
