We are looking for an energetic Telecaller / Business Development Executive who can speak with business owners, understand their requirements, explain Sitefy’s services, follow up with prospects, and convert interested leads into meetings and customers.
What You Will Do
Call fresh leads provided by the company.
Speak with business owners and decision-makers.
Understand their business requirements and pain points.
Pitch Sitefy services such as:
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
Website & App Development
CRM / Zoho CRM Implementation
AI Automation & AI Agents
ERP and Business Software
Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
Book online and offline meetings for the founder/sales team.
Send proposals, pricing and service details through WhatsApp/email.
Maintain lead status and follow-ups in CRM.
Attend client meetings when required.
Travel expenses for official client visits will be reimbursed.
Daily Expectations
High-volume calling and follow-ups.
Target approximately 100 calls per day.
Aim to generate approximately 5 qualified meetings per day.
Keep every lead properly updated in the CRM.
Follow up until the prospect gives a transparent yes/no decision.

Sales-oriented and target-driven.
Freshers can apply if they have strong communication and willingness to learn.
Candidates who can regularly commute to Koramangala are preferred.
