Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Outbound Calling: Call potential clients, students, or parents from company-provided databases to introduce visa and study-abroad programs.
Client Counseling and Assessment: Briefly assess candidate profiles—such as age, education, and work history—to determine basic visa eligibility for study, work, tourist, or permanent residency (PR) paths.
Information Provision: Explain documentation requirements, process timelines, and service fees clearly and accurately.
Appointment Scheduling: Book consultations or face-to-face meetings between qualified leads and senior visa advisors or immigration lawyers.
Follow-Up Management: Maintain regular contact with interested prospects through phone calls, emails, or chat to move them through the conversion pipeline.
Data Management: Update and maintain accurate call logs, client records, and follow-up schedules using CRM software or databases.
Query Resolution: Answer basic questions regarding immigration policies and address initial objections
