Job Title: Teller

Job Role: 60% Operations | 40% Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Operations (60%)
Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other teller transactions.
Verify cash, cheques, and customer documents as per bank policies.
Balance cash at the end of the day and maintain accurate transaction records.
Process account-related requests and ensure compliance with KYC and banking regulations.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Sales (40%)
Identify customer needs and cross-sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, and Loans.
Generate leads and refer customers to the relevant sales teams.
Promote digital banking channels and encourage customer adoption.




Build solid customer relationships to enhance retention and business growth.
Achieve monthly cross-selling and referral targets.

Required Skills:
Robust customer service and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of banking operations and cash handling.
Sales aptitude and relationship-building skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Masters of Business Administration

Experience
Freshers Can also Apply / 6+ month of Experience in Banking, operation, or sales .

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
