Role & responsibilities
Handle customer banking transactions and provide excellent customer service.
Manage cash operations, deposits, payments, and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated with changes in banking regulations and operational processes.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Perform financial analysis, identify discrepancies, and resolve operational issues.
Collaborate closely with the Trade Finance and Loan teams and support cross-functional operations whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Banking Operations / Deposit Operations.

Positive Knowledge on AML, KYC

Experience in handling CA/SA Customers

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace with high accuracy.

Knowledge of banking regulations and operational processes will be an added advantage.

Korean language will be added advantage
