Make outbound calls to candidates regarding current overseas job vacancies.
Explain job details, eligibility criteria, salary, perks, location, and recruitment process.
Respond to candidate enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and collect relevant information/documents.
Maintain candidate data and update recruitment records.
Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding shortlisted candidates and interviews.
Inform candidates about interview dates, venues, documentation, and selection procedures.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Build a positive relationship with candidates and provide qualified communication throughout the recruitment process.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
