As a Travel Consultant, you will design, organize, and book customized travel itineraries and accommodations for individual clients, families, and corporate groups.
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to learn their travel goals, budget, and preferences.
Itinerary Planning: Design custom travel plans including flights, hotels, and activities.
Booking & Logistics: Reserve tickets, secure rental transport, and process payments.
Vendor Relations: Negotiate rates with hotels, airlines, and local tour operators.
Support & Problem Solving: Handle client complaints, changes, and travel emergencies.
Education: Degree in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field.
Experience: Prior work in travel planning, sales, or customer service.
Communication: Robust verbal and written skills to build client trust.
