Designation : Travel Consultant • Handle domestic & international travel and tour package enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable destinations/packages.
Prepare customized day-wise itineraries and quotations.
Handle hotel, flight, sightseeing, transfers and activity arrangements.
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, suppliers and operations team.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Prepare accurate package costing, inclusions/exclusions and final itineraries.
Maintain enquiry and booking records.
Achieve monthly sales, conversion and profit targets.
Robust English communication skills (written & verbal) required.
