A TPA (Third-Party Administrator) Coordinator acts as the primary link between a hospital, patients, and insurance companies to manage medical insurance claims and cashless hospital stays.

Key Responsibilities
Verification: Check patient insurance coverage, policy limits, and eligibility right upon admission.
Pre-Authorization: Submit pre-authorization forms and medical estimates to TPAs to get rapid approvals for cashless treatments and surgeries.
Documentation: Gather, verify, and submit necessary medical records, investigation reports, discharge summaries, and final bills to insurers.
Follow-Up: Track claim statuses, transparent pending queries, and resolve billing issues with TPAs to ensure quick final settlements.
Patient Guidance: Help patients and their families understand their coverage, exclusions, co-pays, and expected out-of-pocket costs.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with the hospital billing,



accounts, and medical teams.
Record Keeping: Maintain digital portal logs and Management Information System (MIS) reports on claim statuses

Requirements & Skills
Education: A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or life sciences/nursing is often preferred.
Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in hospital billing, insurance coordination, or claims processing.
Knowledge: Familiarity with health insurance guidelines, TPA portals, medical terminology, and basic accounting/Excel.
Soft Skills: Robust verbal communication, negotiation, organization, and multitasking abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
