Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Coordinator to manage and oversee compliance and processes related to NABH accreditation, Ayushman Bharat, CGHS/ECHS panels, and TPA/Insurance at a reputed Eye Hospital in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in healthcare regulatory requirements and third-party billing systems, with excellent coordination and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle all processes and documentation related to NABH accreditation and ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols.
Manage registrations, approvals, and billing for Ayushman Bharat Yojana, CGHS, and ECHS schemes.
Coordinate with TPA companies and insurance providers for patient pre-authorization, claims processing, and timely settlements.
Maintain accurate records of empanelment and ensure compliance with guidelines from government and insurance bodies.
Liaise with internal departments including billing, accounts, and patient counselling for smooth operations.




Stay updated with policy changes, documentation formats, and digital submission portals.
Prepare and submit reports to management regarding empanelment performance and claim status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Preference: Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role in a NABH-accredited hospital or eye care institution.
In-depth knowledge of Ayushman Bharat, CGHS, ECHS, and TPA/Insurance procedures.
Robust organizational and administrative abilities.
Computer proficiency with experience in hospital software, MS Office, and online claim portals.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a specialty or eye hospital setting.

Salary: As per industry standards and based on experience.
