Required Skills & Qualifications
24 years of experience in Outbound Sales / Tele calling / Tele sales / Inside Sales.
Experience in Gaming, Entertainment, Hospitality, Leisure, Events, F&B;, Retail, or related industries will be preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and sales conversion abilities.
Target-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Positive follow-up and lead-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Hindi and English communication skills are required.
