Hi-Tech Supports & Hangers Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of modular support systems and pipe hangers for the MEP, HVAC and industrial sectors, serving project-based and specification-driven requirements across India.

Job Responsibilities
Identify current customers, projects and business prospects in the assigned territory.
Visit and develop relationships with consultants, PMC, EPC contractors and key project stakeholders to generate new opportunities.
Identify upcoming projects, generate new enquiries through market visits and networking, and follow up on opportunities through quotation, negotiation and order finalisation.
Promote Hi-Tech products including modular supports, pipe hangers, channels, accessories and related MEP solutions.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally with Design, Estimation & Projects teams for drawings, BOQs and technical support.
Ensure timely follow-up on open enquiries and maintain clear next-action dates in the sales pipeline and order conversion.
Maintain sales pipeline,



daily visit reports and enquiry/follow-up records.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned sales and activity targets.
Support payment/order-related coordination with customers after order finalization, wherever required

Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
13 years of experience in technical, project, industrial or B2B sales.
Exposure to MEP, HVAC, construction or engineering products will be an advantage.
Valuable communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with regular field travel.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
