Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and explain company products/services.
Contact existing and prospective customers using scripts.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Resolve customer queries and issues.
Process product orders and maintain accurate call/sales records.
Update and maintain customer databases.
Achieve sales and customer service objectives.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Robust attention to detail and time management.
