Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent clients through the Upwork platform
Prepare and submit high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements
Understand client needs and convert leads into business opportunities

Qualifications
1.5+ years of relevant experience on Upwork.
Skills
Strong English communication (written and verbal)
Hands-on experience with the Upwork Platform

Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills
