URBAN PLANNER
Salary: 70,000.00 to 75,000.00

We are looking for an experienced Urban Planner to support the planning and development of urban projects.
Requirements
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline
Robust knowledge of urban planning principles, land-use planning, and development projects
Ability to prepare and review planning proposals, layouts, and development plans
Positive coordination and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Develop and review urban planning and development proposals
Prepare planning layouts, reports, and related documentation
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders
Ensure projects comply with applicable planning requirements and regulations
Assist in site planning, land-use analysis, and development assessments
Monitor planning activities and provide technical recommendations
