We are looking for Telecalling Executives to join our online pharmacy team. The role involves contacting existing patients/customers who have previously purchased medicines from us, understanding their medicine requirements, and assisting them with placing their orders.
Key Responsibilities
Call existing customers/patients regarding their medicine requirements.
Understand customer requirements and assist with placing medicine orders.
Explain order details, pricing, availability, and delivery information.
Follow up with customers for repeat medicine requirements.
Maintain good customer relationships through qualified communication.
Update customer and order details accurately in the system.
Achieve daily/monthly calling and order targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer/order-related concerns.
Follow company processes and quality guidelines.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable making customer calls.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, healthcare, pharmacy, or e-commerce will be preferred.
