Job Title:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced GEM Operator to manage product listings, bidding, and order processing on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate should have knowledge of government procurement processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on the GeM portal
Participate in bids, reverse auctions, and direct purchase processes
Prepare and submit quotations as per tender requirements
Handle order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Coordinate with government departments for order execution
Maintain compliance with GeM guidelines and policies
Upload product catalogs with proper specifications and pricing
Track bid status and maintain MIS reports
Resolve portal-related issues and coordinate with GeM support if required





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (Btech preferred)
1–3 years of experience handling the GeM portal
Robust knowledge of government tendering process
Good understanding of documentation and compliance
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling government procurement orders
Knowledge of e-tendering and online bidding platforms
Solid coordination and communication skills

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
