Handling project/site execution and supervision.
Preparation of BOQ, estimates, measurements and project reports.
Planning and monitoring project activities and progress.
Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
Handling site documentation and work-related records.
Coordination between office and project sites.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in local authority tendering (like MCGM, NMMC, etc) and project execution.
