About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that drive operational excellence and product development. This role combines technical expertise with program management skills, acting as a bridge between engineering, IT, and business teams. The TPM ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

What you ll do:
Drive project commitments and accountability across teams
Set and track milestones, manage delays, and realign schedules
Implement communication plans and provide regular updates
Build solid relationships with business leaders
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently
Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress
Analyze data trends to guide strategic decisions
Apply technical acumen in system architecture, API design, and financial systems





What we re looking for:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of project management experience in cross-functional settings
Solid knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
PMP, PgMP, CAPM certifications preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Confluence/JIRA
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
