Role Description
This is a full time on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Tendering Specialist. The Tendering Specialist will handle tender management processes, Identified and analyzed RFPs, EOIs, and tender documents, Participating in GeM portal bids ,
including reviewing tender documents, preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities also include conducting market and procurement analysis, maintaining documentation, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Robust expertise in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
Detail-oriented with excellent Analytical Skills
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic knowledge and experience in Procurement processes
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to manage documentation
Experience with government and private sector tendering processes
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
