Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong Banking and Financial Services domain expertise to lead customer-facing technology programs. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, oversee project financials, and ensure successful execution of digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple BFS technology projects from initiation through production deployment.
Serve as the primary customer-facing delivery lead.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate activities across business, product, development, QA, DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
Lead Agile ceremonies, governance reviews, and executive status meetings.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Ensure adherence to PMO standards and compliance requirements.
Manage vendor and third-party relationships.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Project/Program Management.




5+ years of Banking & Financial Services experience.
Experience managing distributed onsite/offshore delivery teams.
Robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Protected, and traditional project management methodologies.
Experience with cloud transformation, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise applications.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PMI-ACP, Secure Agilist, or Scrum Master certification.
Experience with digital banking, payments, lending, treasury, or wealth management platforms.
Experience managing large-scale transformation programs ($1M+ budgets).
Exposure to AI-enabled modernization and automation initiatives.
