Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective candidates.
Explain overseas job prospects, processes, and requirements.
Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into applications.
Maintain candidate details and follow-up records.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in telecalling or overseas recruitment.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of overseas placement/recruitment processes is preferred.
Tamil and English communication skills required.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full time
